1. Registration. The exhibitors shall first pass the qualification examination of the organizer.
 
  2. Apply for exhibition. Exhibitors shall fill in THE Exhibition Contract Form in detail and stamp the official seal, and express the copy of the business license with the official seal to the organizer for application.
 
  3. Booth arrangement. Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement". In order to unify the image of the conference, the organizer has the right to adjust a small number of booths.
 
  4. Payment confirmation. After the contract is signed, the exhibitors shall remit the full amount of the exhibition fee to the designated account of the organizer within 5 working days, and remit the electronic bottom sheet to the organizer. If not, the organizer has the right to cancel the booth reservation.
 
  5. Send Exhibitor Manual. Please refer to Exhibitor Manual FOR details OF conference reception, accommodation, exhibits transportation and exhibition arrangement, which will be sent to exhibitors one month before the opening of the exhibition.
